Island e-Beam LLC has the capability to vacuum braze at up to copper braze temperatures ( 1100C). With our custom designed vacuum braze furnace we do all our own vacuum brazing for components used in our Thin Film Equipment. We routinely braze metal to metal and ceramic to metal parts for structural and or hermetic sealed projects.
