The Island e-Beam LLC XY Sweep Controller can drive most all (4pole) electron beam sources on the market today giving you one of the most powerful sweepers available.
With the capability of modifying the following parameters: speed, phase, power profile, XY coordinates, sweep amplitude, you are able to customize each pattern to give you optimum deposition melts for any given materials.

Island e-Beam LLC offers a solid state 3kW to 10kW 19” rack mount power supply with built in source control and filament transformer. Designed with variable output of 4kV to 10kV of accelerating voltage to accommodate most all applications. At only 3U high ( 5.2” ) the HVPS/ SC uses minimal rack space.
The IEB HVPS/SC is a dependable rugged power supply that can power most all industry electron beam sources, it can operate in continuous arcing conditions that would cause most other supplies to fail, or in a predetermined arc count state for those critical process applications.

Affordable, Reliable Control of Multi-pocket e-Beam Sources
The CI-100 Crucible Indexer is used to rotate multi-pocket electron beam sources through a rotary vacuum feedthrough. It consists of a controller, motor drive, mounting bracket, and interconnecting cable. Configuration is flexible to adapt to your specific system and process. The CI-100 is compatible with virtually all e-beam sources, and the digital I/O is compatible with existing indexers.
